What a great group of people to work with. On Monday evening we discovered a roof turbine in our front yard. It had been blown off during the recent high winds. We contacted several roofers that night and got a return call from TSR Tuesday morning. After explaining the situation TSR quoted a price to replace both roof turbines and guaranteed it would be done before dark. The installer arrived and completed the work. When he let us know it was completed we offered to pay but we’re told the boss would contact us for payment. On Friday the boss came by to inspect the work and ensure we were happy with the work performed before he would accept payment. We can not say enough about how happy we are that we chose TSR to complete the repairs. The were very professional, above board about everything and the quality of work performed was excellent. Any roofing needs in the future we will be calling TSR and we would recommend you do also.

They took care the whole process of roof inspection through roof installation and insurance filing, and they went above and beyond with the insurance to get my damaged roof, gutter, garage doors and other things replaced due to storm damage. My experience with TSI was exceptional! From the initial roof inspection by Chris to the installation of our new roof he could not have made it easier for us. Replacing a roof seems daunting for a young homeowner but Chris answered all questions timely and communicated throughout the project. I will also add that they happened to have two crews available the day our roof was replaced and they finished before noon! They cleaned up really well afterwards as I have yet to find any nails laying around.

After a recent hailstorm and dodging “storm chasers,” I reached out to Jared and Texas Signature to inspect my roof. Jared was able to come out the same day I called, felt that there was enough damage for a claim, and walked me through the process. Several weeks later, they were on site replacing my roof. Jared and his team were efficient, completing the roof in less than a day, and identified several areas that needed further attention, which they addressed. As a first-time homeowner, it felt comforting knowing that they took care of my home like it was their own. It is hard to find honest companies these days, but I have no reservations recommending this company to my friends and family. I look forward to doing business in the future.

The service Texas Signature Roofing provided from the first phone call requesting a quote through the final walk around after inspection was nothing short of exceptional. The communication was excellent, the job was done quickly, and the new roof looks great. The crew also did a good job cleaning up after the job was done. I never do Google reviews, but felt compelled to after the outstanding service I received with this company. Highly recommend Texas Signature roofing. From start to finish, they were professional and really put the work in on their end to make the entire process as easy as it could be. After it was all said and done, it really only felt like all I needed to do was pick a color and pick a date. Chris kept me updated with changes, worked around my schedule, and provided a level of customer service that was far and above my expectations.
